I AM BEING SPONSORED, MY PARTNER AND I HAVE DEPENDENT CHILDREN WHO ARE CANADIAN CITIZEN AND CURRENTLY HERE IN CANADA, I HAVE A 2 DEPENDENT CHILDREN AS WELL IN MY PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIP AND MY PARTNER IS GOING TO SPONSOR THEM AS WELL BUT THEY ARE NOT HERE IN CANADA.

*DOES MY PARTNER NEED TO USE ANOTHER KIND OF FORM TO SPONSOR MY 2 DEPENDENT CHILDREN OUTSIDE CANADA?

First of all, please type in lower case
You should add your 2 children in your Generic App (IMM0008), bringing the number to 3 in box #3. You need to give details of your children on this form as well under Dependants.
Your partner also needs to indicate 3 people on his Sponsorship Evaluation form IMM 5481 for current undertaking.
