I Sponsored my Wife and she got PR in 2022, she had two children from her previous marriage/husband both are under 18 of age and studying, how do I sponsor them? I submit the case as Dependent child but it returned/rejected stated that step-Children can't listed and proceed under Dependent Children. I don't find any option to list them as Step-Childred.
OR she is in Canada almost a year can she Sponsor them for PR? under dependent child?
It must be the PA who submit that as her own childrens.

You cannot sponsor them. Your wife needs to be the one to sponsor them. The application you submitted was correctly refused.
She is already in Canada fpr one year now can she sponsor them?

As long as both children were included in your wife's application when you sponsored her and when through the medical, she can sponsor them now.
so based on the Sponsorship Application in eligibility Assessment it is stated that if you answer "Yes: to question 5 and you are sponsoring a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, you are not eligible to be a sponsor and you should NOT submit your application.
Question 5: In the five years preceding this application, did you become a permanent resident after being sponsored as spouse, common-law or conjugal partner?
I need to clarify that she has been sponsored as spouse and become PR, so she is eligible to sponsor the children?
Secondly can I become Co-Sponsor in this case? it will help the application or not?

Yes, she is eligible to sponsor the children. Read what you quoted above again. The restriction would only apply if she was sponsoring a spouse or common law partner.
