4 December 2019 I send my documents for pr. They submit 11 December 2020.
29 April 2021 eligibility passed. 4 may 2021 got approval letter.

What is the difference between eligibility passed and pre-arrival services letter? I got a pre-arrival services letter on 29 April 2021.

I did not get pre arrival letter. But I think pre arrival letter is mean that you are almost approved for pr. I think.

It took 11 days for them to send CoPR to my email. They did not ask for interview yet and I don't think/heard them asking anyone for interview.

Your CoPR is valid for a year. They don't specify a time for you to send in your photographs. Instructions for photo is also in your CoPR.

I got the medical pass followed by pre arrival service letter and then followed by another letter asking me if I am inside Canada or not so they can land me when I replied then another email with my COPR. So guys keep your hopes high you are almost there.

Wow that's very fast congrats, I applied January 15 2020, AOR,February 2021, fingerprints from FBI, April. Nothing else just waiting.
