PR Application - Background Check Pending Due to South Korean Criminal Records Check Reply

Dear all,

my friends who got AOR around Feb have got their PRs.

i called Cic and i was told my profile looks good except for South Korean Criminal Investigation Records Check Reply with lapsed record.

I couldn’t obtain the above noted certificate as it is against South Korean law that they don’t issue it to foreigners according to their law.

i have included my explanation letter in the original submission... i was told i passed everything but now just background check pending because of this South Korean document..

what should I do to accelerate my application as i dont want my application to be stuck here..

any ideas?
