So if I've understood it correctly, I have to add my husband to my application and my cope would be modified.
Is it necessary for me to land before I get my new copr?
Can my husband and I wait for the new pr and then land together?

You can't land with an invalid COPR. Why do you want to wait for a COPR which will become invalidated after you get married and have to wait again ??

I have the same advise as you were given above.

Get married, apply as married with husband accompanying. This will be the simplest, fastest and smoothest way to get PR and go together to Canada.
