No Yes to any of those question except visa refusal. Yes we are applying together but it is more than 4 years we are married!

Maybe that is the reason they had review required. They wanted to check the reason why the visa was refused.
For the R10, it just shows that your file was complete and no document was missing.

MST is for Skill Trade program. EE means Express Entry and MI means Ministerial Instruction

For security, you may need to dig more into the details, but most probably it hasn't started.

Did the status of your medical changed in your account?
Sometimes, they ask to re-med and sometimes the extend it by themselves. Don't worry about that.

It has not changed at all. Still the same as the first it said you passed medical test!

There is a note on 2018/04/06 for EE Eligibility, after a long lob lob for police certificates it says: provided NRT R-10 OK Recoommendation: Review Requirdd and Stat Question----AGE---- Applicants age reviewed and no changes from ITA to e-APR Documents sets for review: Client Info

The notes provide you almost all the activities done on your file by the requested date . EE stands for express entry profile. Checking R10 is done at the very beginning, almost before (or at the same time) you pass medical. I think if you want to have a general picture, you better take a look at the second page, where you can find the latest status of your Eligibility, Criminality, and Security. If your Eligibility is "Review Required" on page 2, then read the last few pages, where you can find the case analyst's and/or officer's notes, to see what the issue is.

My Eligibility says: Recomnd Passed ! It has not changed from 6 month ago! Also said security not started! Almost nothing has changed from 6 month ago!
