Guys, i dont recommend for us to do the flagpole, as anytime in future if you want to visit the south of border you need to give explanation to a questions like have you ever rejected at point of entry and bla bla bla, ...
You can submit a web form and mention your urgency status and they most probably provide you a faster interview time, at least they do this in Vancouver..
good luck and keep us posted please.

mamnoon. lotf darid. merci.
To be honest, at first this website helped me a lot with the anxiety and pressure of waiting. But, later on I realized that I am addicted to it It's very good if we can help each other on situations that can change one person's life forever. I am sure I leaned on these as much as I shared.
Thanks anyways and good luck wit your application.
I think assaf said everything.
The only thing I want to add is that you are most probably at the beginning of the security. Now, the officer will check your ADR and will decide about it.
Hopefully he will be satisfied with your ADR, runs a basic security check, and will finalize your application soon. If not, like most of us, you may be sent to a more enhanced version of security or the so-called SS. This may take longer. Hope you get your ppr soon
But I know from my MP who followed up on my application and also my GMCS notes, that the security check had initiated on October 10, 2018, almost 6 months ago. How can my profile be at the beginning of the security screening?
I’m surprised they didn’t ask for these documents before... could it be they want to do another round of SS on my file?
I’m just confused if I have been already in SS for 6 months what the hell are they going to check on me again?
Congratulations! Happy to hear that. I think you finally got your eidi
Enjoy the moment and dance the hell out of it
I wonder if you emailed them and if the emails triggered anything? @aasaf, It seems that they set up the interview for not so long. (May depend on the city of course). Do you want to give it a try? You can use the counterfoil info in your account to set up the interview

Oh OK. I am sorry I forgot what was your last status.
No one really knows how they work. I have seen cases with CV/resume at the beginning of eligibility. for me and a dozen of other members, it was at the beginning of the security and it was the CIC officer who was asking for it. It seems for your case, it is CBSA who is asking for CV/resume, as you are still under SS
But on the positive side, I would consider it as a good sign that at least they are working on your file and it is not the typical case that your file is left untouched somewhere. Maybe it is even the case that they have done everything. Just to make sure, they asked for your CV. Hope you get your ppr soon

Yes, I've decided to go for it.
I thought I needed to wait until I receive my passports. I haven't got my passports back yet.
Can I raise a CSE to book an interview? Or I need to call?

I have seen posts that people claimed using counterfoil info to set up an interview.
You can raise a CSE. Tell them about the expiry of your PGWP and ask them to give you an urgent appointment!
Even though I am sure that The choose the closest office to you, to make sure, you can email the office closest to you for the interview!

Hi Guys,

our application was received on the first week of December and we got AOR on February 1st. We heard nothing after that. Is it normal? Or should we contact them?
Thanks
