It varies. From a couple of hours to a couple of months! Usually a couple of days!
Yes, you need to send 2 pieces of photo ids for each applicant

What does it mean, regarding the last status from Goodale was "Eligibility under review-recommended pass"

1- You are still review required and the officer wants to review your file before setting it to passed. (Recommended pass is done by a case analyst, not the officer. The officer will check the analysts review one more time)
2- Everything about your application is done and the officer wants to do the last review before sending you ppr.
I remember you applied for GCMS notes, any news from it? Only notes can help understand what is going on.

Still nothing about GCMS, just 20 days is passed. I think the first one is more possible but I am wondering that two month is passed from the date that they said recommend to pass! Is it possible the officer has not reviewed it after two month?

Unfortunately, yest it is very much possible that you file was lying somewhere without anyone touching it

Not necessarily. It only takes the officer to pick up your file and reviews it. Since you passed the criminality, I don't think it will take long time to process everything

But if you remember there was this statement on Goodale email: “Security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.” means the main step is still awaiting!

I know. For security, if you are among lucky ones, it only takes a couple of days to finalize it. But, if you are not among the lucky ones, God knows who long it is gonna take. Hopefuly you are among lucky ones and don't need to wait that long for security.
