I have a question, my medical dated 25 Feb 2018, so logically it should be expired now, but still in my profile it says you passed medical exam.

Yes, I think it's very likely that they have already extended it for 1 year more. Otherwise, I think they would request a new medical exam.
You could raise a CSE to see if your medical is still valid or not.
