I have a question, my medical dated 25 Feb 2018, so logically it should be expired now, but still in my profile it says you passed medical exam.
Can I conclude that they extended it or no?

Yes, I think it's very likely that they have already extended it for 1 year more. Otherwise, I think they would request a new medical exam.
You could raise a CSE to see if your medical is still valid or not.

sometimes medical gets extended and sometimes they ask to redo it again. You don't have to do anything for it at this stage. If they want they ask

There is no risk at all. Otherwise, @aasaf wouldn't have recommended
CSE is like call agents and help desks. They just answer your questions and have nothing to do with the processing itself.
