Yes, I agree with @amin.gh It looks strange. Are you sure you didn't overpay the application fee? Because sometimes the application fee fro family is less than the application fee for person. Or maybe it was a tax return since you have children. Anyways, as long as there is nothing wrong with the application and it was processed, you should be alright

doesn't make sense to me that CIC refund the visa fee because of having OHIP! Double Check your CRA My account to see the reason for the refund.

who did say because of Ohip. I covered two different experience, one for Ohip another one about extending visa. online application calculated the cost of visas and I did pay, then I got refund.

I didn't check regularly, I don't know. I sent my ADR Jan 2nd which was military docs.

Kaveh, there is a possibility that you have passed the security. Call CIC again and ask them what was the ghost update about? If your security has passed, what remains is only a final review and then PPR afterwards

Congrats @Kevin Kav! I am so happy to hear that your file is approved I am pretty sure that you will received your ppr in less than 2 weeks, if not, you can start emailing the office so they send you the golden email.
