guys, I just got off the phone from CIC. My file was approved today
I am so happy that don't know what to tell.
But, I really hope that my case and @Kevin Kav be the beginning of the golden mail shower for each and every one of you.

Congrats to those who are about to get that damn golden email. Seems that CIC has concentrated on inland applicants (within Iranians at least). Wish the best for all applicants, specially our fellow countrymen.

Thank you so much guys. I am glad to have such good friends like you guys.

Not everyone gets interview since the offices are usually really busy. Even I saw in a post that some offices hold interviews on Saturdays, but they are always behind. I called them and ask if I can change it, but they said no. Anyways, I didn't follow them as I was so happy. I just sent my passport

No, I think the status will not change until COPR

By the way guys, do not forget to check your SPAM folder regularly. The Ready for Visa email was in my spam folder. Fortunately, after the ghost update, I kindda expected ppr, and I checked my spam.

I am really frustrated. One of my colleagues who submitted her application through Express entry- Saskatchewan nomination 3-4 months after me received the ppr last night and I am waiting here yet..

I know your frustration. We all deserve a more speedy ppr.
Given your timeline, I think your SS was started around October. You have already past 4-5 months. I think it will be finished in less than a couple of months.
