I just read in cic website, if the qouta has been meet we have to wait longer for processing. So i think the cyle has been filled up since june due to additional streams and now we are stock i a mud hoping they wont let us down before Christmas. As a present from them.

Under Assessments: Passed everything...eligibility, medical, Criminality and other reqs: cancelled.
Due date shows as 2016/10/01, location: PACE . Assigned to and Assigned by are empty.
Under Eligibility section, status is passed, due date shows as 2016/11/18.
Does this due dates matter or just IRCC uses for internal purpose??

sorry, I just saw criminality passed on your post up there..
so if security passed, meaning they finished your security check before the due date..
My due date was NOV1 but my security passed 3months ago before the due date.
NOTE : security check and criminality check are two different things.

criminality - passed yes.. but have you checked security if its "blank" or says passed itself? normally criminality check done ahead before security check.. they are 2 different checking to be done..
SECURITY CHECK is mostly on your travels and country that you've been and employment history.
CRIMINALITY is all about your criminal records and clearances.

You have to secure an affidavit from the Indian Embassy, you might need to personally visit the office, but ihave a question before you enter in Canada you have submitted same documents and u did enter in canada without any Immigration officer noticed it? Indian embassy will make a notarized letter that the date of birth in your passport is a typo error and same person as shown on the passport /birth certificate.

I have following documents with my 17th March 1987-
1- secondary school marksheet (10th SSC) which shows my full name on it and DOB
2- School leaving certificate with DOB and my parent's full name
3- Affidavit( notarized- oath from my mother) which shows my DOB.
