ECAS and MyCiC are different. You have to sign in with your bank account and then link your application to it. You should be able to see a box like this after it's linked:

Paid RPRF. Payment approved. Sent to Cic via cse. Still no confirmation of payment from Cic. Any one in same boat?
But I can log in with payment receipt no.
