Hello,
I have question about my PR eligibility and Citizenship Eligibility.
I lived in Canada for 7 years on Work Permit and Study Permit. In April 2016 I landed as PR and April 2017 I left from Canada.
I know my PR is valid until April 2021 and I should be back by April 2019 to keep my PR alive? Correct
Question: When will I be eligible for Citizenship? Now that I left Canada in 2017, will my time while studying counted towards my citizenship application when I return to Canada?

You must live in Canada for 2 out of every 5 rolling years to keep your PR status.
You must live in Canada for 3 out of the last 5 years to qualify for citizenship. 2 of those years must be after becoming a PR. You can get credit for up to 1 year for time you lived in Canada before becoming a PR. However each pre-PR day only counts as a 1/2 day towards the requirement.
