Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me with my situation please!
I received the "Ready for Visa" email to submit copies of my passport, which I believe is the final step before receiving COPR.
However, I have a flights to Canada booked for a 1 week stay, flying in 2 weeks - I booked them as this ready for visa email arrived about 1.5 months earlier than expected and I was expecting to just enter as a tourist for the week.
So, I'm trying to figure out how I need/can enter Canada;
1. If I DO receive my COPR prior to flying, does this mean I will have to enter Canada using my PR? Because if I do, I'm only staying for a week, meaning I won't have time to receive my PR card.
2. If my PR is approved, but I haven't received my COPR before I fly, where do I stand? I have approved PR, but no documents, can I enter as a tourist?
3. Any other options?!
Thanks in advance!
