Thanks Yogesh. Do they send PPR through email or post?
The time period for PPR is very short (30 days). Should I make a case specific email to New Delhi that I would like to submit PPR in Canada, and not India? Or is that not needed?
Yogesh - when you received your PPR did they give you an option where to submit the passport? From various other posts, it looks like you have to submit at the same visa office what you have written on your PR form. I hope they give me an option to submit at Ottawa, because its not possible for me to travel all the way to Delhi since this is a new job here for me. Thanks, NS

For my PPR it was Ottawa, bcz I selected Ottawa.. For wife PPR which i got today its Delhi, bcz she is in India and I requested India after first PPR..
I don't know how they decide, My cousin selected India while he was in Saskatchewan and he went last week to India even though he is living here four years now ( he wanted to go India)..
I think if you get PPR for Delhi, India, you can request by an email to Ottawa!! here are the line from VO...
If you or any of your family members are residing outside North America and you are unable to send your/their passport(s) to Canada and/or to provide a return mailing address in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca so that we can make arrangements to print visas at another office.
Yogesh, last question -
When you got passport request from New Delhi for your wife, did they put a similar line like the Ottawa office (If you or any of your family members are residing outside North America and you are unable to send your/their passport(s) to Canada and/or to provide a return mailing address in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca so that we can make arrangements to print visas at another office)?

Hello Guys ,
I added my spouse to PR application which was already in process with CPP Ottawa. They asked for my spouse medical and now my file says "In Process". I have paid both of his fees . Can anyone tell me how long does it takes for Immigration to ask your & spouse's passport . How long should I be waiting for ? My friend consulted a lawyer and she said 2-6 months ...Please help!!!!
