Hello guys, I got PPR today! I'm confused of the email i have received. OUTLAND application spousal PR.
First, they wrote in Document prepare section beneath with red highlighted text "Visa exempt applicants with an online account are not required to submit a physical copy –please upload this information to your online account." (what does this clause mean?)
Second, there is Appendix A in document prepare section says, One copy of this email, including the Updated Information Chart in Appendix A. End of the email it is written "Please Copy Appendix A listed below into a separate Word Document and complete for each family member included in your application" (there is table asking PA &sponsor info). What does this mean? Do I have to make separate ms word file and fill the appendix? or before printing the email or after printing the email do i fill appendix A? Im bit out of it? and i got email from LDNIMMIGRATION@INTERNATIONAL.gc.ca, is it authentic email of ircc?
