Hi,
I have applied for study permit on Dec 14,2024. I received my BVL on Jan 29,2025.My study permit details are displayed on status tracker. I haven't received my PPR nor any updates from IRCC. Is it normal? Any help please!

Yes it can take many months to process a study permit.

You can follow up with a webform requesting a speed up if your time for study is getting nearer
