PPR -Indians moved out of country temporarily after applying Canada Study Visa

I am an working employee in India and I am planning for higher studies in Canada for the upcoming Jan 2023 intake. As I have already received the admission letter from one of DLI college in Canada, I have started the process of the submitting the Visa application and biometrics in India. However, I could see that I might have to travel outside my home country for short duration (approximately 3 months) for the Company Professional purpose and might not be able to travel back to home country during this trip. Hence, I am prepared to complete the Visa filing before travelling. While I am outside my home country, If I receive a decision on my Visa and a PPR (passport request letter) is received requesting me to submit the passport for Visa stamping then Can I get my passport stamped in the nearest VFS? If not, Could you please advise me on how to proceed further for the Visa stamping.
