PPR delays due to covid-19

Guys, I don't mean to be rude but can we stop being obsessed with the timeline tracker. It has no value whatsoever. It just count down from the day filed to the end of 6 months period. Useless bar.

100% agreed, nothing we see online currently helps with the overall picture. Just need to sit back and relax. GU's and timestamps, labelled as Covid Pace, none of it matters, it's still going to take it's time without us finding anything out.

Just need to be patient is all. As bad as our own individual case is, i can guarantee you there is someone out with a worse scenario.

Congratulations! I do not think that travel restrictions are completely blocking PRs, I think they are just slowing down everything. Did they extend your medicals?

They have extended it till February and I think today the PM will be announcing more strict regulation regarding travel.

No word on medicals despite raising a webform a few weeks ago. My web account still shows no PPR and the old medicals date.

also GCMS notes from December showed that everything has been approved since September but that we were placed in the “wait for covid restrictions to be lifted” group, so this was a big surprise.

They have extended it till February and I think today the PM will be announcing more strict regulation regarding travel.

I believe that they can work out a way to keep these general travel restrictions on while still allowing a limited number of new immigrants to land.

Congratulations! My application was approved Sept 2020 as well according to the GCMS notes. Also in group CPCO COVID RFV. Hopefully I get suprised with the PPR too!

Are your medicals are valid till the 3rd of Feb? Or do you have an extension?
