PPR delays due to covid-19

I'm AOR April 2019 with everything done (security, criminality, medical and eligibility). and I'm still waiting. So that gives you pretty much the gist.

Yeah that's what I have not been able to understand why AORs from as early as Q1 and Q2 of 2019 have still been waiting for PPR? I do have a friend with similar AOR, he's already in Canada.

you know the funny thing is that even if they lift the travel exemption for the outland pr applicants, how are they ever going to manage this many people coming to Canada altogether? instead of locking PRs out, it seems more reasonable to gradually let them come like a fixed number every month so that they can manage it. I so wanna look this coronavirus in the face and say not cool bro!!!

Nice! Mine is AOR April 2019 and no news on it!!! what is the logic behind it given that every process in my application is over (e.g. eligibility, criminality, medical and security)?? I really dun know what to do anymore. This is so unfair!

Yeah, in my GCMS note it says nothing just that my application is waiting for officer review. For the past 5 months!!! I dunno how lazy an officer can be!!

No. I think he got his PPR request before the March 18 deadline. He was able to travel 2 months back.

Hey. Could you tell me how much medical extension you got? And did IRCC contact you regarding the extension or you had to tell them that expiration is nearing?

Yeah its beyond ridiculous. And it gets even better. There is like nothing I can do about it! Literally nothing! Every email, call and GCMS note same response. Wish they at least had the descency to just pick the application up and look at it!! Sometimes I feel like maybe something has happened to my officer. So I'm all without officer right now! Anyways, Canada has shown to be just as ineffective as third world countries when it comes to dealing with governmental paperworks and stuff!

It doesn't show how long it being get extended but as per my guess may be for 6 months or a year.
And yes IRCC didn't contacted me for niether I contacted them aswell they extended my meds as I ordered my GCMS notes, amused.
Waiting for PPR.

When they review medical results again they extend the validity of it by 12 months
