PPR and CoPR for dependent daughter already in Canada

I got a letter from CIC for me and my dependents to submit our passports under SUV PR application. My daughter is currently in a Canadan University with study permit, while I'm in Lagos.
1. How do we comply with this request that I submit passports for me and my dependents together?
2. Or since she is already in Canada with a valid Visa, we don't need to submit her passport?
3. How the we process our CoPR together since she's already inland Canada while I will be coming in from outside Canada?
4. Or Can she approach immigration separately for her CoPR with a copy of the PPR letter sent to me - the applicant, despite that she is only a dependent, not applicant?

#4 - she would be able to send her passport to Ottawa
You need to write to Lagos VO to request this option for your daughter

She can only land/activate PR after or at the same as you complete your landing.
