PP Dispatched Through Courier But No Tracking Number Given

Hi, Yesterday I got a text saying my PP was couriered from Bangalore VAC through Bluedart and I did not get a tracking number for my shipped PP.
When I called VFS they are not being helpful. Usually when do applicants get tracking number for the PP that has been couriered?

Actually I will have to travel to a different town jus to get my PP as Bluedart does not provide service in my town. When I called Bluedart they asked for my tracking number which I do not have yet. That's why i'm worried.

They will give the passport only if you show your ID card and VFS Receipt so don't worry.
