postgraduate diploma program in information technology

hello everyone....,
i want to get addmisssion in post graduate diploma with information technology.i am rejected in spp in 2010.now i hav completed my b.tech in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY WITH 58% (2012).my band score in IELTS is 6.5 . i want to ask u that shoud i go for university or college for p.g diploma.would u plz suggest the name of post-graduate diploma programs for jan2013 intake releted to information technology. i prefer to university.plz suggest me......

You can get admission in January , May and September in Concordia.........

thanks momi..but the course u hav suggested me is only for september(fall) not for january(winter) suggest any other p.g diploma releted to IT.
