1. Could you give me some advice on how to explain the arrest and jail time (1 night) in the Statutory Question section in E-APR? Should the explanation be in detail (6-10sentences) or just a brief (2-3 sentences)?
The case was dismissed by the judge. The arrest was for public intoxification.
2. Also, should I answer YES for both questions below?
*Have you ever committed, been arrested for, been charged with or convicted of any criminal offence in any country?
*Have you been detained, incarcerated, or put in jail?
3. How about below sample explanation?
"On the date DATE, APPLICANT NAME was arrested for Public Intoxication while he/she was out with his/her friends in THE CITY, COUNTRY NAME. THE APPLICANT NAME was put in jail until the next morning for the judge hearings. The 'Charge - Public Intoxication Statute 7.1-5-1-3 Class-B misdemeanor' case was dismissed by the judge."
