Hi guys I did some research but couldn't find an exact answer for this question:
How to prepare for these three documents?
1. Offer of Employment
2. Employment Records
3. Letter of Employment
My current understanding:
1. The offer letter I signed to accept my job. Check.
2. A reference letter I can get from my manager, fulfilling those requirement in CIC Instructions. 3. What is this and how should I prepare?
Thanks for any help!
(Btw I have only worked at 1 job which is my current one, inland Canada. So there's no previous job requirements.)
I have a PGWP, an open work permit with no specific employer name.
When they ask "do you have a job offer", I answered "Yes" because I thought they were asking if I have any job offer which I did so I started my current job. But I answered no to any other questions saying LMIA or "employer name on work permit". So I didn't get any CRS for my job offer.
Should I change my answer regarding job offer to No and there will be a refreshed check list?
Yeah, a "valid job offer" for IRCC is an LMIA approved one.
