Hello all,

I generated my list of documents to be uploaded. It is asking for 1. Offer of employment. 2. Employment records (two) 3. Letter of employment.

While filling out my questionnaire. I answered yes to the job offer, but it is the same job I am doing right now in Canada.

1. Should I answer no to it ? so it don't ask for job offer may be ?
2. If I don't change any thing. I will be uploading my current job documents for (1. Offer of employment. 2. Employment Record 3. Letter of employment) - additionally explain in LOE ?

Please advise.

You will have to answer No to that.

You should only answer “Yes” to the question “Does [your name] have a job offer in Canada?” if:
  • a Canadian employer has offered you a full-time, non-seasonal job, and
  • that job offer is supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment.

But technically I do have the job offer in Canada and I am doing it right now....
I dont have the LMIA for this job ...
