Post graduation - ECA evaluation

Hello everyone

Will two years full time post graduate diploma in business administration treated equivalent to masters by WES during ECA evaluation?

Also will it be counted as 'two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer'

Someone whose academics have already been evaluated can guide me on this.

Well a post grad diploma is not a masters so I doubt it.
