Do you mean when you are applying for PGWP? If you submit an application for SOWP extension with your PGWP application, you don’t need a job. But if you apply for SOWP extension after getting your PGWP, then yes you need a job because you need to attach at least 3 months of pay stub.

As far as I know, since you already lodged your application, then you need to provide 3 months of pay stub. I’m not sure, though, if that 3 months should be full time. Others may comment differently.

Hi, I applied for pgwp on May 5. I am still waiting. My spouse's work permit will expire on June 30th. Can I apply sowp for my spouse without waiting for my application result?
