My PGWP application was approved today for 3 years, I didn't receive any e-mail however, I checked my account and saw that it was approved.

Got the biometrics correspondence letter, along with an eligibility reviewing update. Applied 15th Jan, and biometrics finished on 23rd Jan from Ottawa .

My timeline:
Jan 15th: application submitted.
Jan 16th: revised my application form and sent it via webform.
Jan 20th: did biometrics
April 14th: biometrics validation letter + PGWP approved for 3 years.
