Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

no becoz I applied for PGWP on implied status and that I did not paid restoration fee $ 200 . IRCC saying you can pay $200 fee now but I have doubt about this means , officer will consider my restoration fee or not becoz I applied for PGWP on 05 Feb 2020 and now I am paying restoration fee . So I do not want to take risk , I want to withdraw this PGWP application and want to reapply with valid study that I received 2 days ago .

If IRCC told you now to just make payment fee of restoration, you should do that.

No , i applied for Pgwp on 05 feb 2020 and It is under processing , not rejected but I realized that I did not paid restoration fee that time

IRCC did not requested any fee but I called them yesterday that I made this mistake and they told that you can pay that fee now because your application is open and still decision has not made

I agreed that if the IRCC told you to do something, you should do it. Next time if you are unsure you can ask for the name of the agent or record the call log as a counter measure. I think you have nothing to lose here paying the $200 fee.

Oh then you can try flagpoling.
Means IRCC hasn't touched your file yet.
Flagpole and then withdraw.
