Hi, I submitted new photo via web form and everything is fine. I suggest you submit new photo via web form if you happened to submit the old one. They may contact you for new photo if your photo does not meet the specification. However, I don't want to take any risk.

Hi, I submitted both transcript and letter of completion. My letter of completion does not state how long is my program so the transcript is important.

Those still waiting you will get yours approved for sure. Just be patient with IRCC..
