You have to apply for temporary resident visa through your cic account
Under apply to come to canada there is option to start an application.
Once your application is approved you have to send ur passport to ircc for visa stamp
Online approval for trv takes 1-2 days

Basic Google Searching Skills Required

Just like you searched this fourm up on google, the same way you have to search "CIC WEB FORM" or "IRCC WEB FORM" and the select the appropriate options that apply to your situation/case.

Both of these keywords will bring up the web form.

A quick question...Can anyone kindly let me know if you request changing your address through the web form while your PGWP is under processing...do they ask for any proof of address change or they automatically change it within 5 business days and notify you? Thanks in advance.

I am not sure if they notify you if you change your address via web form. I changed my phone number and got a ghost update and thats it no notification of change.
