try to call CIC. you have to wait around 30 Minutes but you will get an answer

I called them several times, and every time after I entered case number and my birthday, and try to transfer to an operator, they tell me all operators are busy currently and hung up the phone.
Which numbers do you select in the phone menu to reach a operator?

I Applied oct 19th still no response

I applied for my PGWP on 31 August, and I still didn't receive any answer. Is there anyone from this period in the same situation?
I called there twice already (November and December), and they said it will be treated as priority, but nothing so far!

My PWGP application got approved today. I applied online on 25th september (total of 105 days for online application) all my friends got their work permit after 65-70 days. Only my application took 105 days, my last 45 days were filled with worries and tensions as I was the person left alone without any happiness. Well finally I am happy, I want to thank Lord God Jesus Christ, who says come to me, and i will take all your worries away. I want to thank to all people in thread and congratulations if u got your approval. Those still waiting don't worry everything will be fine.
