Did you submit a study permit photocopy too? I forgot mine but tried submitting it through the case specific enquiry, hope they attach it...

As I saw "Determine your eligibility" asked letter from school OR transcripts. Have you saved your check list?

yes you are right, and I did save my checklist
I saw people applying only with letter from our school because that's what our advisor told us.

No. I didn't submit a copy of my study permit. You should be fine.
