Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Some drastic changes comming. I am confused.
I applied on 17 May 2022 for PGWP after 5 year Engineering (Coop). I was waiting for Biometrics.
on 22 September, they suddenly approved my application and letter awaited. What about Biometrics?

Did you had the job offer when you applied for PGWP ?

Then I think application number doesn't make any difference as I saw May 16 application with W30606 series under review yesterday, and you applied on May 10 so I believe your application number would be W30600-01.
