Yes eligibility review of a friend was about 6 months. The problem with outland application is that they go through different security and criminality checks along with the review of eligibility.
Is it necessary to mention WITHDRAWAL in the visa application form IMM1295e? Although I mentioned the REFUSAL as well any visit or study permits, I didn't mention the WITHDRAWAL.
I had WITHDRAWN one TRV application while in canada before any decision was made on it because I already had a study permit. My understanding was/is that since no decision was made, there was no point to mention it.
Just today, I read one or two posts where the visa officer sent PFL letters to those who didn't mention any REFUSALS, etc on their application.
Can I send my job offer letter (NOC A) in a webform to IRCC. Are they giving any preferences (faster processing) for people already with a job offer? Thanks
It won't make a difference since you've already submitted your application. They only respond to the webform in cases where there are major changes in the application.
An MP can directly contact his counterpart, who is also a Minister in charge of IRCC. The minister would then ask for an update on the file from the IRCC which then may be relayed back to the MP. Keep in mind that the whole process might take ~3 weeks. Also don't expect your MP to get back since this is all politics.
Does anyone know if I can apply for an extension of the WP-EXT that we get when we apply for PGWP?
Mine clearly states that it's only valid until 14th March or until a decision is made whichever is first!
I got a job offer, but they arent accepting this letter as it's not valid anymore.

I applied on Jan 22 2022. I got an offer from a telecom company. I am also looking to convince my employer that I am allowed to work while waiting for my PGWP.
