We applied together (PGWP and spouse's Open Work Permit). We didn't have the pay stubs, so we added last week through webform.

Applied on July 6th
Submitted on July 8th
Approved on September 27th

My husband is in India & I believe the processing time is 10 weeks which has been passed

For outside Canada work permits, there's very little you can do but wait it out. Sorry

I am so happy for you! good to know they are working on the paper applications. Cant wait for my permit too, did you receive an email from them?
