My status didnt change. Review havent started yet. My friend applied around 1st Feb 2021, and he got it on friday 5th march 2021.
I will try to call them tommorow morning.

I suggest you call and check, if it's busy, hang up and keep trying. Eventually you will get through.

I tried to and they said its still under process. Review has not started. She said the processing times is 73 days, so u should wait until then.

Did you send webform, I had to send webform to update my app, don't know if that move you to the end of the queue or something

Did they asked you to submit webform for some kind of Letter of Explanation? I'm going to apply in April and don't know if the LOE should be submitted before process or officer would ask me for it.
