Hi I applied on 21st sep still waiting. Anyone could please tell what could be the reasons of the delay as all my classmates have got it I'm the only one left

I don't remember exactly but it had started before November could be October too

Please order GCMS Notes... Also was your file transferred to some other processing center once the eligibility review started? Also did you apply with restoration or had any kind of discrepancies in your file?

I start with gcms notes but nothing like that didn't seem any updat that the file has been transferred to Etobicoke. Did not apply with restoration applying for the first time , not assuming any discrepancies too. Just hard luck maybe.
