Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

I received the notice letter (electronic version) from CIC stating that they have mailed the PGWP to the address when I had first applied.
The notice letter had been addressed to my previous address. However I think I remembered I had already notified CIC much earlier of the change in address through webform just before I moved to my current place. I have since sent another address change request through webform but I doubt it would be of any use since CIC said they have mailed the PGWP already, right?

I won't have any problems going back to my previous address to collect the mail from CIC but I'm worried what the current tenant at my previous address would do with my mail.

Is there anyone who knows when the approximate mail arrival is, if the notice letter from CIC was dated Oct 18? Exactly 1 week from Oct 18?

Hey guys, after you get the response the new permit length starts from the application day or from the response day?

For example if you apply today and after 3 months you got the positive response, the 1 year work permit will be from 2019-Oct to 2020-Oct or 2020-Jan to 2021-Jan?
Does it depend on the officer?

It is from the day of approval. In this case 2020-Jan to 2021-Jan.

I am not sure if that is same for everyone but my PGWP lasts until 2022 while my ETA lasts until 2024.
