I notice that I only uploaded the first page of my passport. The review of my application has not started yet. They probably either reject/ ask for additional documents. Is there a way that I update my files now?

There is a `reportTechnicalIssue` button in the `view application page`. Is this the right place?

Same thing happened to me. Maybe it's like a technical glitch that hopefully would get resolved soon.

Same here, but sometimes it's just for a bit. Try later, it doesn't last long

Applied online on Feb 17th. It still says that my application is in progress. Am I the only one who is waiting ? I'm so tensed now !

Don't worry. One of my friend applied on Feb 15 and it just came to her 2 days ago. You will also get it soon.
