I did and they said its taking a while because everyone is graduating at the same time and that I should wait atleast until July 1 to get an update. Maybe our cases are not straight forward and got sent to seniors.

I applied on 3rd apr and still waiting but yours is over 99 days you can ask them for an update. Did you?

I was in a 5 year program, I was full time even in the summers but my last 2 semesters were part time maybe thats why its getting delayed. I had 2 courses left to finish my degree but couldn't write the exam because my study permit expired a week before finals. I had to redo the last semester.

That’s weird, I wish you the very best. Folks that applied first week of May already have their permit

Did you apply with both transcripts and graduation letter ?

Yes I sent both since rules changed after Feb 15th. I applied through my lawyer.

One of my boy was part time for last two semesters he applied on may 9th with just graduation letter and got his wp approval today.

I guess they cant see if you were part time or not unless you send them your transcript.

I called them and they told me to wait until July 1 for an update.
