I am just applied last month. I have added mine.
It looks like, from the tracker, nobody from February has received theirs yet.

Lol the tracker only has a handful of people. There are 100's or 1000's of other applications being processed everyday.

I can't tell you how badly I need it, I have a job offer in another province. It starts on June 1st but I need to find accommodation and my way around that city, since I've never been there before.
