I applied on 14th Jan. It got to review eligibility on 9th April but I checked it again today and it just shows 'Submited'
I am so confused. Has it ever happened with anyone before?

I applied on January 6th, review of eligibility on April 3rd, and then back to Submitted since then and I have no clue what's happening.

I did and it was not very helpful as they did not tell me what is happening. They just said that they send a reminder to the officer and I should just wait.

dont send just a webform, it takes time
its better to call them too
or go to a YMCA they can process applications if the time is exceeded
