hi guys. does anyone on this forum know whether we have to work in exact title job for NOC A and B skilled set or is it the job description that matters and not the title?

I think there are different job title example for each NOC. If you do not find yours, I would say you can go talk to HR and they might be able to confirm
 
Review eligibility has been started on Friday and there is no approval till today.Can somebody help me out with how many days will it take to get the response after reviewing eligibility has been started?

This is my take on it. Your account gets updated when they open the file and when they close your file. Since, you said they started to review your eligibility on Friday, it must be evening time and because they were closed on the weekends your file is still open which they will close today. So, you can expect to hear something good (hopefully) back from them today.
