Yes you are under applied status and can work until a decision is made.

Fact that you where for 2 yrs program (16 months) got 3 yrs of PGWP
But do you know anyone of your colleague done 1+1 yr program got pgwp recently, Yes! Than what was their validity of pgwp

I'm sorry. I don't know for sure but I've heard that it the PGWP for 1+1 years is 2 years.

But again I am not sure and it is all that I have heard. You might have to find a more reliable source or maybe call the immigration office themselves to give you more accurate information on this matter.

Thankyou for your reply , If you find any of your colleague recently got PGWP for 1+1 yr than please reply... As of now I am in India so cannot possible to call immigration.. thanks
