They ask for degree completion letter, transcript,passport and study permit. If you don't have us visa then us border will ask you a lot of questions. Better to be prepared for the us border.

I called cic and the agent said that my application was approved on Fri.

Applied online: July 23
Received an update: Oct 12
Approved: Oct 12

Hi i applied for PGWP on 20th June 2018. my student Visa expired on 31st July . My work permit was approved Sep 20th with the effective date as Sept 20.. Hope this help.

Congratulations..... june to September it took 3 months for your application. Is it happening same for everyone?

yes the wait was horrible. and my spouse work permit was refused because I didn't upload my job letter

Applied: September 7, 2018
Application updated: November 2, 2018 "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility."

I'm the only applicant and still haven't received any updates. Is there a chance it will finish before December? Thank you

Edit: My study permit expires on November 31, 2018. I applied for PGWP the day my college sent me the letter of completion.

One of my friend applied on 30th August and his work permit was approved on 6th november. They're processing the work permits exactly according to the processing time mentioned on the website.
