My permit was cancelled as I asked for a reprint, I found the permit after I filed the reprint request and now I lost the reprint in the mail and I have an invalid PGWP on hand.

I also have a valid TRV (visitor visa) on my passport.

Can I flagpole to get the PGWP extension? I was issued a permit for 10/36 months because of an expiring passport. I need a WP asap to accept a job offer.

Anyone got the response (approval, rejection, whatever) for their initial and online pgwp application? I applied on Feb 17th
Also, is there a strike or something that may delay the process of initial pgwp application?

Hello Everyone,

I have a few questions regarding SOWP:

1. How many funds we need to show from india? Can we show these funds in joint account or it should be in my husband's account only.
2. How many funds do I need to show from Canada?
3 From India, How many old months funds we required?

If anyone can answer these questions, it will be really appreciated.

Thank you
Gurleen Kaur

same here. not sure what to do.
Yea same here
I was thinking about opting in because the time is running out May 20th.
I was not going to cancel my other application though. I was going to wait till I get the new permit but how long does the opt in take? Does it get approved like right away?

If you qualify for an extension longer than 18 months, it's best to leave that application pending, hopefully when they get to it, they cancel your valid PGWP and issue you a new one with more validity which is their standard procedure.

4 weeks based on what I saw here and on reddit.
