I applied on 17 Jan 2022, no news no eligibility !!

Guys for the January Files, just wait this week, your application will be approved. Also login to the application, you wont get mails for the updates.

@majorjimjam did you get WP-EXT letter? I got it since my study permit was about to expire at the time I applied, and it will be expired on May 16, 2022.

Any inland SOWP approval recently for spouse of PGWP holders?

My PGWP is in process and got ADR for my spouse SOWP application, have 30 days to submit the documents which include work permit and job contract.

For us, PGWP application submitted end of Sep. 2021 and approved near the end of Jan. 2022 (in total, 125 days). SOWP submitted mid-Dec. 2021 after getting 3 pay stubs and still waiting. 140+days for SOWP now.

I had a WP-EXT PGWP, it is valid till 15th May 2022, I got the approval today before it expires. I also have a spousal application that is ADR for the work permit and Job details.

Magically, the eligibility review just started. Hopefully we don't need to submit additional document. (PGWP was not there in the submission, but the information about PGWP application was there.)

My case is same as yours, applied on 17 January have WP-EXT PGWP valid till 17 May 2022, no update yet.
SOWP in process received ADR for work permit and job contract, applied on 23 April 2021 got ADR on 4 May 2022..
